What evidence do I need to submit?
- Verified Competence
and Commitment Report (Form C)
- Proof of qualification(s)
- CV/Résumé
- Details of two IChemE Chartered Chemical Engineers who
are willing to act as your referees
- Photo ID
- Additional Technical Report (if advised)

apply for all grades of IChemE membership online >>
If you have an academic qualification that has not been accredited
by IChemE, you should first of all complete the Education
Summary Form (Form E) before making your Chartership application.
